Ukraine hits St Petersburg in major drone attack

Ukraine has launched a series of increasingly sophisticated long-range drone attacks inside Russia, including strikes on infrastructure in St Petersburg.

The Economist’s Russia editor, Arkady Ostrovsky, tells Andrew Marr that Ukraine has “brought the war home” to Russia and argues the conflict has entered a significant new phase.
