He also alleged marijuana use and recreational Xanax. A former CIA officer told the Daily Mail that sugar daddy relationships and unreported income are “serious issues for DHS security personnel.” Brian and Shant stress that the real story isn’t the tabloid details — it’s the pattern. Varvaro earned her PhD in 2024, met Trump at Mar-a-Lago, and was appointed to a position responsible for coordinating national counterterrorism policy, intelligence integration, and interdepartmental security. This is the same DHS that lost Kristi Noem to scandal weeks earlier. The common thread across every Trump personnel disaster is the same: loyalists over qualifications, every time.
