Supreme Court Ruling BACKFIRES as NATION Demands REFORMS

Senior Fellow at FairVote and author, David Daley, is back with Court Accountability Action’s Lisa Graves to talk about John Roberts and the Roberts Court’s destructive ruling in the Callais case. Lisa and David talk about Roberts’ abuse of judicial power to decimate the Voting Rights Act, which protected against white legislatures diluting the Black vote, and how in response to the ruling Republican legislators are bleaching out black representation in Louisiana, Tennessee and other former Confederate states. They also discuss the vital necessity of court reforms that Court Accountability and allies support as essential to restore and expand our rights.
