Roland Martin tore into Clarence Thomas following his dissent in a Supreme Court case involving a Florida death-row inmate whose conviction relied in part on false testimony from a prosecution witness. While seven justices ordered a lower court to reconsider the case under the proper legal standard, Thomas argued the issue was inconsequential and questioned why the Court was spending time on it.
