Remastered Phil Schneider Remarks at the Preparedness Expo in 1995
Philip Allen Schneider was an American geological and structural engineer who allegedly worked for the United States government for seventeen years on classified secret government projects, including the boring and construction of Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs), and who gained attention in the mid-1990s through a series of public lectures revealing alleged classified knowledge about underground base construction, extraterrestrial beings, and the alleged 1979 Dulce Base battle β an incident he claimed to have survived, reportedly losing two fingers to an alleged alien beam weapon.
Schneider displayed his scarred hand and chest wounds at these lectures as alleged physical evidence of the encounter, claiming he also developed terminal cancer from radiation exposure during the incident.
He was found dead in his apartment in Wilsonville, Oregon in January 1996 under suspicious circumstances; the death was ruled a suicide by the local medical examiner, but his former wife and associates alleged murder, noting that Schneider had explicitly stated in lectures that he expected to be killed for speaking publicly.
