Iran media says forces exchanged fire with ‘the enemy’ in Strait of…

Iranian state media said Thursday that the country’s armed forces exchanged fire with “enemy units” on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz. No other details were reported. The U.S. military said it intercepted Iranian attacks on three Navy ships in the Strait of Hormuz and “targeted Iranian military facilities responsible for attacking U.S. forces.”
