BREAKING: DOJ reportedly launches criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll

The Department of Justice has launched a criminal investigation into Trump accuser E. Jean Carroll, according to CNN and the New York Times. MS NOW senior legal reporter Lisa Rubin joins to discuss.
