Hey friends, let’s jump on at 8:30 on ET for tonight’s Community Meeting. I want to review the new court filing by Katie Phang in the lawsuit she brought against Todd Blanche for his many violations of federal law – the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

In her new court filing, Katie exposes a surprising tactical choice – this old prosecutor would actually call it a colossal tactical blunder – by Todd Blanche. Of course, this comes as no surprise, as Blanche is not really very good at this lawyering thing.
