Wilson Implores City Council to Fund Moda Center Renovation: ‘Good Process Means Sitting Down’

Mayor Keith Wilson on Tuesday, ahead of an appearance by new Trail Blazers owner Tom Dundon at a business summit on Wednesday at the Moda Center, implored the Portland City Council in a public letter to fund its share of of the arena’s renovation.
