Skeletal remains found in vacant East Harlem building, police say
The remains were found in 219 East 115th St. β the leftmost building with the gray door β on Wednesday, according to police.
A homeless veteran had been staying in the building for at least two years, according to a 311 complaint this year. Police haven’t said if the remains are his. [ more βΊ ]
