Pima supervisors tap former Citi exec Soto as new county treasurer

Experience and eagerness to mentor staff helped convince the Board of Supervisors to appoint Jorge Soto as the new Pima County treasurer. The post was vacant after Brian Johnson resigned last month amid a sexual harassment probe.
