Pima County initiative to provide lawyers for undocumented falls short of making ballot

The effort by “Justice for All” to ask Pima County voters to approve a proposition to provide legal representation to undocumented individuals facing charges in federal court has again fallen short of the number of signatures required to make the ballot.
