NYC’s ‘worst landlord’ forced to sell three buildings in deal with lender

Landlord Ved Parkash has agreed to sell his fire-damaged building  on Noble Ave. in the Bronx, where tenants have been displaced for three years, in an agreement with his lender.

The deal also forces landlord Ved Parkash to make repairs at 21 other properties in exchange for the chance at a loan modification. [ more › ]
