Okay, here’s our adventure rescuing a scrub jat AND the really important case in Florida where a tech bro is suing the FL EPA because of the threatened Florida scub jay. This case could have HUGE implications for the Endangered Species Act, and it’s clear that MAGA is using this case to try to tear the ESA apart. If the tech bro wins, 76% of all endangered species could lose protections under the law.
