Experienced Political Operator to Assist Portland City Council With Moda Center Negotiations

The chief of staff to the regional government Metro, longtime political operator Kristin Dennis, is set to work for the Portland City Council President Jamie Dunphy this summer as a special advisor as the council navigates a high-stakes decision on whether or not to help fund a renovation of the Moda Center.
